Roger M. Prevot

Mr. Prevot has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since May, 2008.
Roger joined Packaging Dynamics following 20 years at Graham Packaging Company, a worldwide leader in customized plastic containers for branded consumer packaged goods, where he had been President and Chief Operating Officer since 2000 and prior to that time General Manager of Graham's Food & Beverage Business Unit and the company's head of business development.
Before joining Graham in 1988, Roger spent 5 years in product management at Gillette and also held internships and management development positions at Procter & Gamble and American Can Company. Mr. Prevot earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Patrick T. Chambliss
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer,

Pat Chambliss has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Packaging Dynamics since 2004. Pat was a consultant to the company from 2003 to 2004.
Prior to joining Packaging Dynamics, Pat spent 6 years in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co., most recently as a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Pat began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he held a variety of financial advisory and audit roles.
Pat holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Russ Wanke
Vice President & General Manager,
Thilmany Papers
With 25 years of paper industry experience, Russ joined Thilmany in 2008.
Previously he held positions at NewPage Corporation and StoraEnso - most recently as Vice President - Publication Paper Operations.
He developed his paper industry expertise through several leadership roles in fine, printing and specialty papers. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paper Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Gene Gentili
Vice President & General Manager,
BagcraftPapercon & International Converter
Gene Gentili has been General Manager of BagcraftPapercon since 2005 and General Manager of International Converter since 2008. Previously he was President of Mullinix from 2002 to 2005 and General Manager of the thermoforming business of Ivex Packaging from 1996 to 2003.
Gene began his career in sales with Brockway Plastics and progressed in various sales and marketing roles with Portion Packaging and Packaging Corporation of America before joining Ivex as VP Sales.
Gene has a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Lewis University and a M.F.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Paul Christensen
Vice President Human Resources,
Packaging Dynamics Corporation
Paul Christensen is Vice President - Human Resources for Packaging Dynamics, a position he has held since October 2005.
Prior to his current position, Paul was VP-HR for consumer products businesses Oshkosh B'Gosh, Broan-NuTone and Amity Leather Products. He began his business career at Regal Ware - a manufacturer of cookware and electric appliances.
Paul earned his BS (Political Science) at Carroll College, and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He serves on the board of the Community Blood Center in Appleton, WI.
